- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not only were the owner's very frank and short with me, they refused to print me a receipt or proof of acceptance after I asked for one. They told me "Oh, we don't do receipts here... We don't even have the equipment." This is unacceptable, sending and receiving packages is a dance of liability. When I brought my prepaid outgoing package (The value of the shipped item was +$200), they had me place it in a pile with about 10 other packages and didn't even scan the item. What if the package was stolen or damaged before they scanned it into their system? I would be held liable if that happened, and that's not okay. I have lodged a complaint with UPS-Store Corporate and they said they'll be contacting this location to reevaluate their package acceptance policies.By ronniedude, April 08, 2017
